From the very beginning, the publication assumed the role of documenting the history, culture, and evolution of society in Dobrogea, bringing together studies, research, and contributions by specialists concerned with the historical development of the region.<\/p><p>The journal is dedicated to the research, promotion, and valorization of the historical and cultural heritage of Dobrogea\u2014one of the most diverse regions of Romania.
